Do couples or guests ever pay?
Never. Portals, RSVPs, websites and the registry are part of your plan. The studio pays once; the whole cast is invited.
What counts as an account?
A person on your team with their own login: a coordinator, an assistant, a second planner. The first is $89, each after it is $49, and every account carries exactly the permissions you grant it.
What happens past fifty weddings a year?
The cap belongs to the team: fifty weddings a year, plus twenty five for each additional account. When a year outgrows it, $49 a month adds another fifty, and again from there.
Is the concierge included?
Yes. On every account, the planner's and every teammate's. It is not an add-on.
How do payments work?
Stripe, under the hood, in your name. Deposits and balances flow straight to your account, and processing costs are stated in plain sight before you send anything: Stripe's rate plus forma's one percent.
Can I leave?
Any month, in one click, and your data exports with you. We would rather earn the next month than lock the door.
