Do couples or guests ever pay?
Never. Portals, RSVPs, websites and the registry are part of your plan. The studio pays once; the whole cast is invited.
What counts as an account?
A person on your team with their own login: a coordinator, an assistant, a second planner. The first is $79, each after it is $49, and every account carries exactly the permissions you grant it.
What happens past fifty weddings a year?
The cap belongs to the team, not to any one account. When a year outgrows it, $49 a month adds another fifty weddings, and again from there.
Is the concierge included?
The concierge is its own line: $15 a month for each account that carries it. Some studios put it on every desk, some on the front desk alone; you choose, account by account.
How do payments work?
Stripe, under the hood, in your name. Deposits and balances flow to your account; forma takes no cut of your weddings.
Can I leave?
Any month, in one click, and your data exports with you. We would rather earn the next month than lock the door.
